TownePlace Suites Las Vegas Henderson

The TownePlace Suites Henderson is a Category 2 Marriott property located about 11 miles from the Las Vegas strip. It is right next door to another Marriott property, the SpringHill Suites. For the two nights during the March weekend trip to Las Vegas, I stayed 1 night at each property. Just for switching hotels rather than staying 2 nights at the same property allowed us to get the Free 1 night Category 1-5 certificate with the Marriott Megabonus promotion.
Right by the entrance is the free coffee area along with a snack shop. The business center is not a separate room but rather a small closet sized area by the corridor on the ground floor.
We were staying in a King room – nothing impressive but it was bright and clean.
Bathroom was pretty small. I prefer the vanity area to be outside the bathroom.
The TownePlace Suites is a good property for long term stay. In the kitchen area, they had a range, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher and even some utensils in the cupboard.
TownePlace suites serves complimentary breakfast from 7 to 10, although the breakfast was a joke. No scrambled eggs, no bacon/sausage. Just a wide variety of cereals, yogurt, bread/muffin/pancake and juice. That’s it !!
The seating area for the morning breakfast was very limited too.

- A few dining options nearby.
- Reasonable prices if you want to stay off the strip (only about 10 miles).
- Free wifi
