AC Hotel Split

AC Hotel Split, a very nice Marriott property is located 22 km from Split International Airport and 3 km from ferry terminal. The hotel is located in Dalmatia towers, the tallest building in Croatia.
Check-in was quick and the front desk agent notified us that we were going to be upgraded to the corner room on the 27th floor (2nd highest floor) of the tallest building in the country. He assured us that we were going to be impressed. And indeed we were. We have stayed in many nice hotels during our travels but its probably one of the top upgrades we have ever gotten!!
Breakfast is not free for Marriott Gold but we received a 20% off voucher from front desk as guest appreciation. We used it at the breakfast buffet. The breakfast buffet was busy and not that many options as I expected.
Thumbs up:
- Amazing front desk for upgrading us to the corner room of 2nd highest floor of the hotel
- We only have Marriott Gold (not enough for complimentary breakfast) but we received a 20% voucher from front desk for dining at the hotel.
- Bathroom was very nice and so was the bed.

- Need personal vehicle or Uber to get to Old town.
