Pansion Breza is a family owned lodging located in the Plitvica Selo area, just 15 minutes walk from the Entrance #3 of the Plitvice Lakes National Park. We booked a twin room through Agoda.com although you can book direct also. We also opted to have dinner the day we arrived as well as requested the breakfast next day.
The surroundings of the property are very serene. The property itself is extremely well maintained.
Check-in was quick. The owner indicated we could settle the bill at the end when checking out. Very important thing to remember is there is no credit card allowed, the property is cash only. The owner also took the time to explain on a map how to tour the Plitvice Lakes park and how to make the most of our time in the park. That was very much appreciated.
We were going to arrive around 7 PM in Plitvica Selo and did not want to go out looking around for dinner. We had indicated to the property owners beforehand that we wanted to have dinner as well as breakfast next day. I had read online reviews about generous portion sizes as well as quality. The dinner was 32 Euro/person and breakfast was 17 Euro/person.
Restaurant for breakfast opens at 7:30 AM. We had a cheese/meat plate, some omelette to order (not in picture), freshly baked fritule.
The owners encourage you to bag left overs for lunch and even provide baggies to store it.

- Only 15 minutes walk to Entrance #3 which doesn’t get much traffic.
- Very quiet and serene location.
- Friendly host and a very convenient stay.

- Although the actual stay was very economical off of Agoda booking, the dinner was pricey at 32Euro/person.
