Park Inn by Radisson Berlin Alexanderplatz Hotel is located in the previous East Berlin right by the Berlin Tower and within a couple of minutes walk from Alexanderplatz S+U Bahn station. The TXL Express Bus departs from Alexanderplatz station in very frequent intervals all day to Tegel Airport so this is a very convenient hotel for getting to both the Berlin Airport as well as other parts of Berlin. A point stay at this hotel costs 38,000 Club Carlson Points.
The hotel is very busy (lots of tour groups) and check-in had about a 15 minute wait when we arrived.
I was really amazed at the room we got for the 1 night stay we were here. It was a corner room which was right beside the Berlin Tower with great views.

- Couple of minute walk from Alexanderplatz S+U Bahn station which makes connecting to rest of Berlin very easy
- Tegel Airport Express Bus (TXL Express) leaves from Alexanderplatz station giving easy access to airport
- Got upgraded to excellent room with great views of Berlin Tower
- Because of its location next to Alexanderplatz S+U Bahn station, lots of dining options nearby

- Lots of nickel-and-dimed experiences by other hotel guests as I read in different travel sites. We arrived after check-in time but read that you cannot even leave your luggage with front desk without being charged for it
- Very busy hotel and always a line at the front desk
