Seashell Samssara, Neil

Seashell is probably the most renowned chain in the Andaman Islands. They have properties in Port Blair, Havelock Island and Neil Island. In Neil Island they have 2 properties, Seashell Neil and Seashell Samssara Neil. Based on photos and reviews, I had picked the latter and was quite pleased with the choice.
The hotel has its own private beach but its a bit rocky and not at all suitable for swimming.
Our rate included complimentary breakfast for all guests but since the dining options were kind of limited in Neil Island, we ended up having dinner too at the on-property Malacca Restaurant. For dinner we had some chinese chilli prawns with fried rice and Egg biriyani. Both items were very tasty and made for a memorable meal.
Next day we went to the same restaurant for our complimentary breakfast. There was a variety of choices but they were all pretty average and nothing outstanding.

- Nice well maintained property. The room was well decorated, clean and the bed very comfortable.
- Very nice on-property Malacca Restaurant with breakfast options as well as À la carte dining
- Lots of greenery in the property and has its own private beach
