MilesPointsTravel Disclaimer: This review is solely the work of Karen. I personally did not fly this segment.

British Airways Business Class (Club World) features full-flat seats in 2 x 4 x 2 configuration on lower deck and 2 x 3 x 2 on upper deck. Because this airline charges for advanced seat request even for Business class, I waited till check-in time to select a seat and was resigned to get an aisle seat in middle row on the upper deck.

Set of forward and rear facing seats in the cabin

The seat felt quite narrow and exposed (aisle seats) lacking privacy. Not all seats have direct aisle access.

British Airways SFO-LHR Dining Menu
Grilled sofrito Prawns with Mango Salsa

Both the appetizer and entrée choices were good.

Honey Roasted Salmon with scallion crushed potatoes
Banana Caramel Bread Pudding

After dinner, I went to sleep and slept for about 5 hours. Crew woke us up for breakfast about 2 hours before landing.

Fresh Seasonal Fruit Plate
Brioche French Toast

Bottomline:

Seat: ***

Service: ***

Food: ****

The seat is very narrow and being seated in aisle felt exposed and lacked privacy. Also non-aisle row passengers have to step over the foot rest section of seat-mates to access aisle.

Service was ok for the flight. Dining options were quite decent considering British Airways gets bad rep on dining.
